Ellis is hot

Local pop folk singer-songwriter Karyn Ellis has been chosen as New Music Canada's Hotpick of the week.

Ellis, who studied opera for two years at Queen‰s University, has performed with artists such as Ani Difranco, Mia Sheard and Ember Swift and locals Luther Wright and the Wrongs and Matt and Jill Barber.
